Products Eligible for Refunds:

Services (excluding those listed below): We understand that things don't always go as planned. If you are unhappy with a service we provided, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase. We will be happy to review your request and issue a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Products Not Eligible for Refunds:

Domain Name Registrations & Hosting Charges: Due to the nature of these services, once a domain name is registered or hosting is activated, a refund cannot be issued.
Marketing & Non-Returnable Ads: Since marketing campaigns and ad placements are set in motion upon purchase, refunds cannot be offered for these services.

General Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be considered within 3 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
